COURSE OUTLINE

All classes are held in a friendly workshop environment with a maximum group size of four. We offer on site classes for companies, then specific road and mountain bike courses at our base in Ticknock, County Dublin. You can drop in beforehand for a tea or coffee and we will also break at the mid point for some fresh air. Changing facilities are available in the venue if you decide to cycle in. Don't worry if you don't have any of these tools or haven't even heard of them! Just bring what you have.
